Meet The Team

Austin DeLoach, Jr. has served as pastor of Southside Baptist Church in Lakeland, Georgia since 1996 and Cornerstone Baptist Church in Homerville, Georgia, since 2008. He is a 1995 graduate of Liberty University. He also received an MDiv degree
from Liberty in 2021. Austin is the author of two books: From Cheese Carrier to Champion, based on the story of David and Goliath, and Come; The One Word from God That Can Change Your Life. Austin married Jennifer Lee on January 29, 2000. They have three daughters, Alora Gail, KenLee, and Dempsey Anna. They live in Homerville, Georgia.

Beverly has served as the Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper since the fall of 2017.

She is married to Mike Bruorton and they have three children; Davis and wife Alexa, Meagan and husband Paul, and Mary Mikelyn. They also have three grandchildren, Caroline, Sara, and Jack Douglas (JD).

ReKasa is Cornerstone's Children's Ministry Director. ReKasa is married to Jon Hart and has one precious daughter, Anna, and her dog and loyal sidekick, Cutie Pie.

ReKasa loves holidays, cooking, creative projects and crafting! She is humbled that God allows her to be part of his plan and is honored to serve at Cornerstone

Brian began serving as Youth Ministry Leader in 2018. He is married to Elizabeth Bradford and they have two children, Hance and Mallie.

Sammy began serving as Worship Leader in 2019. He is married to Melissa Parr. They
have one child Kelsey and husband Daniel along with one grandchild Greer.

Misty began serving as Children’s Ministry Leader in 2013. She began as the Event/Hospitality Coordinator for both Cornerstone Baptist and Southside Baptist in 2024. She is married to Rick Corbitt and they have three children, Sophie, Belle, and Tripp.
